Please read through the following before submitting your custom commission request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Right to Decline

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at her sole discretion due to business capacity, subject matter or other circumstances.

Artistic Interpretation

The client understands and acknowledges that the artist will interpret all commissioned work according to her own artistic style. Art is a creative process, and the final piece will never be an exact replica of any reference or inspiration provided. The artist's interpretation and creative vision are integral to the final artwork.

Final Sale Policy

All work is final sale. The artist does not offer refunds on commissioned pieces once work has begun. Any additional details, changes or specific requirements must be communicated to the artist before work commences — not during or after the creative process.

Once all details have been finalized, a 50% deposit is required for the artist to begin the piece.

If the work is canceled mid-way by the client, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

Rights of Ownership & Reproductions

The artist keeps all creative ownership and copyrights, including the rights to make any prints or reproductions of the custom piece. The client DOES NOT have the right to create prints or reproductions, which includes digital sharing or distribution (other than posting on social media for personal, not commercial, purposes) unless agreed upon in writing by the artist.

If the client would like to arrange exclusive printing / distribution rights, an additional fee will apply.

If the artwork is shared or featured in any print or digital form, including social media, please credit the artist as follows:
