I've done my best to represent the colours of my artwork accurately on this website, but because of differences between displays, the artwork you receive may have slight colour variances compared with the photos shown on the website.
Original artwork, custom artwork and fine art prints are final sale and cannot be returned.
Greeting cards are the exception! - if you notice an issue with your greeting card order, please reach out to me using the contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items Damaged in Transit
If an order arrives with damaged packaging, take a photo in the courier's presence BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE PACKAGE and ask the courier to note that the package arrived damaged (they are required to make that note if you request it). If an order has arrived with damaged packaging and was delivered without a signature/confirmation, take a photo of the package in the location it was left at right away.
After taking photos of the damaged package, carefully open it and inspect the artwork.
If BOTH the packaging and the artwork inside have been damaged during transit, please contact me immediately using the contact form so that a damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
