Peg Leg

I remember coming to visit the Nature Centre when I was a kid, and the highlight was always Peg Leg, the talking one-legged crow. Every time I visited, I would talk with him, and sometimes get a response of “hello” from him in his funny little crow voice.

This piece makes me so happy because of the sweet memories that are woven into the flow of paint. It has brought me so much joy to make Peg Leg one of the main pieces of this exhibit, and to bring memories of him to life through this painting.
